Our technology connects passengers and drivers through the digital platform. Accept travel requests, and you will receive all the necessary details about the client, routes, schedules, and other information to perform your service efficiently and professionally.

What transportation services do you offer?

TOPTOUR PORTUGAL® offers a wide range of transportation services designed to meet various travel needs. These include:

  • Airport Transfers: We provide reliable transfers to and from major airports, ensuring you start or end your journey with ease and comfort.
  • Intercity Transfers: Whether you’re traveling between cities or regions, we offer seamless intercity transfers with professional drivers to ensure timely and comfortable travel.
  • On-Demand Chauffeur Service: For those looking for more flexibility, our chauffeur service is available by the hour, giving you the freedom to customize your travel itinerary according to your needs.

TOPTOUR PORTUGAL® operates at the main airports across Portugal, offering seamless transfers and transportation services. Currently, we serve the following airports:

  • Lisbon Airport (LIS): Portugal’s busiest airport, serving both domestic and international flights.
  • Porto Airport (OPO): Located in the north, this airport is a gateway to the beautiful Porto region and beyond.

What vehicle categories are accepted?

The following vehicle categories are accepted:

  • Standard Sedan (e.g., Mercedes C-Class)
  • Executive Sedan (e.g., Mercedes E-Class)
  • Luxury Sedan (e.g., Mercedes S-Class)
  • Standard Van (e.g., Mercedes Vito)
  • Executive Van (e.g., Mercedes V-Class)
  • MiniBus (e.g., Mercedes Sprinter)

These vehicles are selected to meet a variety of passenger needs, from individual transfers to group travel, ensuring comfort, safety, and a premium experience for all.

Do the vehicles need to meet any specific standards?

Yes, all vehicles used for services must meet strict standards to ensure safety, comfort, and quality for our clients. The following requirements must be met:

  1. Age Limit: Vehicles must not be older than 5 years. This ensures that all vehicles are modern, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest safety and comfort features. Vehicles older than 5 years may be considered outdated and may not meet the safety or aesthetic standards required by our clients.
  2. Vehicle Type Compatibility: The vehicle model must be suitable for the category of service requested. The following vehicle categories and models are considered acceptable:
    • Standard Sedan: Mercedes C-Class or similar
    • Executive Sedan: Mercedes E-Class or similar
    • Luxury Sedan: Mercedes S-Class or similar
    • Standard Van: Mercedes Vito Tourer or similar
    • Executive Van: Mercedes V-Class or similar
    • MiniBus: Mercedes Sprinter or similar
  3. Condition and Maintenance: Vehicles must be in excellent condition both mechanically and cosmetically. They should undergo regular maintenance checks to ensure that all systems, such as brakes, air conditioning, and electrical components, are fully operational. A well-maintained vehicle ensures passenger safety and comfort during every ride.
  4. Cleanliness and Presentation: Vehicles must be clean, both inside and out. The interior should be free from any odors, stains, or damage, with seats, carpets, and surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. The exterior should be free of visible dents, scratches, or rust.
  5. Safety Features: All vehicles must be equipped with essential safety features, including functioning seat belts for every passenger, airbags, ABS brakes, and properly functioning lights and indicators. Regular safety checks must be performed to ensure these features are in optimal working condition.
  6. Branding: For consistency and brand recognition, vehicles should display the Toptour logo or other relevant branding, as agreed upon. This helps ensure that passengers can easily identify the vehicle upon pick-up.

By meeting these requirements, vehicles ensure a high level of professionalism and comfort while maintaining the safety standards expected from our services.

What are the main requirements for drivers?

To ensure the highest level of service and safety for our clients, all drivers must meet the following key requirements:

  1. Valid Driving License: Drivers must hold a valid and up-to-date driving license for the country in which they operate. International licenses may be required for foreign drivers.
  2. Professional Experience: Drivers should have a minimum of [X] years of professional driving experience, demonstrating their ability to navigate different driving conditions and understand customer needs.

How can I become a supplier for TOPTOUR PORTUGAL®?

To become a supplier, simply register in the supplier information section on our website. After registration, our supplier management team will contact you to complete a questionnaire with details about your company and to provide the necessary legal documents. This process ensures that all suppliers meet our standards and can deliver high-quality services to our clients.

How does trip planning work?

Most trips are booked in advance, so you can choose the ones that best fit your schedule. When a new request is available in your city, you will receive a notification via email. If you wish to accept the service, you can confirm it directly through the email notification.

Once the service is accepted, it will be placed on our platform for you to manage. At this stage, you will need to use the TOPTOUR app to receive all the details of the trip, including the passenger information, route, time, and any special requests. The app also allows you to track the journey in real time, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

This system enables efficient communication and ensures you have all the necessary information to provide top-quality service, while allowing flexibility to choose trips based on your availability.

How are payments made?

Payments to our partners are made regularly via bank transfer at the end of each month. You will receive payment for all completed services within that month, with the exact amount based on the services rendered. To ensure transparency, you can easily track your earnings through your partner account on our platform.

Through the platform, you will have access to detailed reports, including:

  • A summary of all completed and upcoming bookings.
  • An overview of your payments for the current month.
  • A record of payments received over the last few months.
  • A clear breakdown of what is due to be paid in the upcoming cycle.

This allows you to stay up to date and informed about your financial transactions at any time.

TOPTOUR PORTUGAL® – Termos e Condições Gerais

1. Introdução

A TOPTOUR PORTUGAL® (doravante “TOPTOUR”) atua como intermediária na reserva de serviços de transporte de passageiros, como transfers, tours e serviços à medida, conectando CLIENTES FINAIS a FORNECEDORES/PARCEIROS (empresas licenciadas nas categorias Económica, Executiva e Primeira Classe).

Serviços incluídos:

  • Transfers de/para aeroportos
  • Transfers entre cidades
  • Serviços à hora com motorista
  • Tours privados com ou sem guia
  • Transporte para eventos (casamentos, conferências, etc.)
  • Transporte de atletas e equipas
  • Viagens corporativas
  • Transporte de grupos
  • Transfers de cruzeiros

2. Objeto da Parceria

A TOPTOUR facilita a oferta e reserva de serviços de transporte, atuando como intermediária entre o CLIENTE FINAL e o FORNECEDOR/PARCEIRO, sem prestar diretamente o serviço.

3. Reservas

  1. A TOPTOUR recebe os pedidos e reencaminha-os para os parceiros.
  2. Após confirmação, informa o cliente final em nome do parceiro.

4. Preços e Condições

Os preços podem ser:

  • Variáveis – por orçamento individual
  • Predefinidos – através de tabela acordada

Todos os preços incluem IVA.

5. Pagamentos

  • Pagamentos mensais, no último dia útil do mês
  • Consulta de reservas e valores via plataforma TOPTOUR
  • Faturas devem ser emitidas até à data de pagamento
  • Forma de pagamento: transferência bancária
  • Suporte: geral@toptour.pt

6. Cancelamentos

  • Até 24h antes – sem custos (cliente ou parceiro)
  • Menos de 24h – pode originar penalização

7. Proteção de Dados

A TOPTOUR garante a proteção dos dados dos clientes, conforme a legislação em vigor.

8. Penalizações

  • Ausência ou falha no serviço: penalização de 50% do valor
  • Serviços não realizados não serão pagos
  • Falhas recorrentes podem levar à suspensão da parceria

9. Disposições Legais

  • Legislação aplicável: Portuguesa
  • Foro competente: Lisboa
  • Versão válida: Portuguesa

10. Regras Operacionais

10.1. Uso da App TOPTOUR

Obrigatório para registo, localização e comunicação. A não utilização pode gerar penalizações.

10.2. Apresentação dos Motoristas

  • Farda ou traje formal
  • Boa higiene e apresentação
  • Pontualidade e comunicação profissional
  • Idioma: sempre que possível, no idioma da reserva (ou inglês)

10.3. Condições das Viaturas

  • Máximo 6 anos de uso
  • Limpeza e manutenção adequadas
  • Documentação e seguros válidos
  • Wi-Fi e água quando exigido
  • Categoria correta da reserva

10.4. Categorias de Viaturas

Não é permitida categoria inferior. Categoria superior é aceite mediante explicação ao cliente.

10.5. Tempos de Espera

  • Aeroportos, estações, cruzeiros: até 60 minutos
  • Outros locais: até 15 minutos
  • Após esse tempo, contactar cliente e Linha de Apoio
  • Só abandonar o local com autorização da TOPTOUR

10.6. Em Caso de “No Show”

  • Estar no local 5 min. antes
  • Guardar provas de presença (app, fotos, GPS, etc.)
  • Contactar cliente e Linha de Apoio
  • Confirmar “No Show” com a TOPTOUR

10.7. Contacto Posterior ao No Show

  • Motorista pode decidir voltar (com custos adicionais)
  • Cliente será informado do valor adicional
  • Se recusar, mantém-se o “No Show”

10.8. Sem número de voo/navio

Contactar a TOPTOUR para obter os dados do cliente. Estar no local 5 minutos antes com placa identificativa.
