The meeting point at Lisbon Airport is in the Arrivals Hall. Follow the signs to the “Meeting Point” area after customs and baggage claim.
IDENTIFYING YOUR DRIVER
A receptionist will be at the Meeting Point with signs displaying passenger names. They will escort you to your vehicle. Look for your name on the sign.
COMMUNICATION AND CONNECTIVITY
Keep your phone on to receive messages from your driver. The airport provides free WiFi.

Waiting time: We offer 45 minutes* of free waiting time after your flight lands, allowing time for airport procedures and baggage claim.

How will I recognize my driver at the airport?
Look for a sign displaying your name. Your driver will be holding it in the designated meeting area.

In case your driver is not immediately visible, please wait at the meeting area for a few minutes. They will arrive shortly to assist you.
Will the driver come to the arrival gate or should I go somewhere else?
After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, proceed to the designated meeting point area in the Arrival Hall. Your driver will meet you there.
What if my flight is delayed or arrives earlier than scheduled?
No need to worry! Your driver will track your flight information and adjust the pickup time accordingly. They will be there when your flight lands.

Yes, please keep your phone turned on and accessible. Your driver may need to contact you for any updates or changes. Free WiFi is available at the airport to facilitate communication.

Please inform us in advance if you have additional passengers or extra luggage. This will help us arrange the appropriate vehicle and ensure a comfortable transfer.
What is a Meet & Greet Service?
Give us your flight number when you book (or enter the airport you’re flying from) and we’ll adjust your pick-up time automatically if needed. Whether your flight is on time, early or late, we’ll be there as scheduled and we’ll wait up to 60 minutes after your flight arrival time – plenty of time for you to get through security and collect your bags.
