What’s included in the price?
Vehicle and chauffeur, fuel, tolls and taxes. Airport pickups include Meet & Greet with flight tracking and up to 60 minutes of waiting after landing. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
How does billing work?
Billed by the hour with a minimum hire period (varies by city/vehicle). Additional hours prorated. Parking and special requests may incur extra costs.
Can I change or cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service start. Changes depend on availability and may affect pricing if scope or duration changes.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall with a personalized sign. We monitor your flight and adjust pickup if it’s early or delayed.

- All prices include taxes, vehicle and chauffeur expenses.
- After confirming the proposal, a secure payment link will be provided.
- The booking is automatically confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Cancellation policy: more than 24h in advance – full refund; less than 24h – non-refundable.
